Abstract

This case study highlights Abu Dhabi Ports' corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts. It features into the organization's best practices, work methodologies, and sound tactical approaches in responding to the changes and challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has paralyzed several parts of the economy across the world. The case examines how Abu Dhabi Ports demonstrated corporate social responsibility and commitment to its people. It also notes the achievements of the organization, particularly the awards it received in recognition of its people management solutions.
